These Terms of Service govern text messages sent by JAG Janitorial Services (“JAG,” “we,” “us”). By opting in, you agree to the following terms.

1. Program description

JAG sends commercial cleaning customers and prospects appointment reminders, facility-walkthrough scheduling, quote follow-ups, service confirmations, review requests, and occasional promotional offers. You opt in through separate unchecked consent checkboxes on our website forms: one for service-related non-marketing text messages and a separate optional checkbox for promotional or marketing text messages.

If you consent to phone calls, JAG may contact you at the phone number provided. Calls may be automated, pre-recorded, or use an AI voice.

2. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us, typically 1 to 6 messages per month.

3. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. JAG does not charge for SMS messages. Your mobile carrier’s standard rates may apply.

4. Opt out

You can cancel SMS messages at any time. Text STOP to the number you receive messages from. After you text STOP, we will send a confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages. To rejoin, sign up again as you did initially.

6. Phone-call opt out

You can opt out of future calls by telling the caller to stop calling or by contacting us at info@jagjanitorialservices.com. Opting out of marketing calls does not prevent service-related communications needed to complete a request you initiated.

7. Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Age restriction (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use this SMS program. By opting in, you confirm that you are authorized to receive messages at the mobile number provided.

9. Privacy

Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
